黑胡椒牛肉烏冬
Ingredients:
- Sao Tao Japanese Udon
- Laoluoazi (Old Donkey) Black Bean Chili
- Pepper Sauce
- Sliced Beef
- Cooking Oil
- White Sugar
- Soy Sauce
- Abalone Mushrooms
Steps:
- Add black pepper, Laoluozi Black Bean Chilli, a small amount of white sugar, soy sauce, and cooking oil into a bowl and mix well. Add sliced beef inside and marinate for half an hour
- Heat up a pan and add cooking oil
- Add Abalone mushrooms, and marinated beef, and stir-fry until medium well
- Finally, add Sao Tao Japanese Udon and stir-fry for another 5 minutes
