The competition is organised by Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd, located at 375 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164, Australia.

Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Queensland (QLD), and Victoria (VIC).

Entrants under the age of 18 years must have their parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter the Promotion.

Employees of Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd and their first-degree relatives (i.e. parents, siblings, spouse and children) are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

1. Purchase $20 or more of any Paldo noodle products in a single transaction from any retail store during the Competition Period.

2. Upload a clear photo of the transaction receipt via the online entry form on the competition website.

3. Complete and submit the online entry form and select either the Sydney or Melbourne concert as the prize location for that entry.

Each valid receipt showing a qualifying purchase of $20 or more of Paldo noodle products constitutes one (1) entry, regardless of the total amount spent on that receipt. For example, a receipt showing $40 or more of qualifying Paldo noodle products will still constitute one (1) entry only and cannot be divided or used to obtain multiple entries.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry is supported by a separate qualifying purchase and separate valid receipt. A receipt may only be used once.

Entrants may enter for both the Sydney and Melbourne concert prizes, but each city selection must be submitted as a separate entry and supported by a different qualifying receipt. The same receipt cannot be used to enter both prize draws.

Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd reserves the right to request the original receipt for verification purposes and may disqualify any entry where a receipt cannot be produced, is illegible, duplicated, altered, previously used for another entry, or otherwise deemed invalid in Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd’s sole discretion.

Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd may also request additional supporting evidence to verify a qualifying purchase where required, including where the submitted receipt is unclear, incomplete or does not clearly identify the eligible Paldo products purchased. Supporting evidence may include photographs of the purchased products or other reasonable proof of purchase. Failure to provide the requested supporting evidence may result in the entry being deemed invalid.

Competition Period

The “Paldo – Win BTS Concert Tickets” competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 October 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2026.

The prize draws will take place on 6 November 2026. Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

Prizes

There are two (2) prizes to be won, with a total maximum prize pool of approximately AUD$1,600.

Sydney Prize: One (1) Double Pass for two (2) people to attend the BTS World Tour: Arirang in Sydney on 20 February 2027, 5pm at Accor Stadium, valued up to AUD $800.

Melbourne Prize: One (1) Double Pass for two (2) people to attend the BTS World Tour: Arirang in Melbourne on 13 February 2027, 5 pm at Marvel Stadium, valued up to AUD $800.

Prize Draw

Two (2) separate random prize draws will be conducted:

• Sydney Prize Draw: one (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries that selected Sydney as their preferred concert location.

• Melbourne Prize Draw: one (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries that selected Melbourne as their preferred concert location.

Each entry will be included only in the prize draw for the concert location selected on that entry.

Prize Conditions

The Prize consists of concert admission tickets only.

The Prize does not include flights, accommodation, transfers, transport to or from the concert venue, parking, meals, beverages, travel insurance or any other costs associated with attending the concert. All such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.

The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Concert tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant ticketing provider, concert promoter and venue.

Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd is not responsible for any change to the concert date, time, venue, seating allocation or other event arrangements, or for any postponement or cancellation of the concert that is outside Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd’s reasonable control.

Prize Fulfilment

The winners will be publicly announced on Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd’s social media and/or marketing collateral and notified via email using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up to date.

Winners may be required to provide identification and/or their original purchase receipt before the Prize is awarded.

Details regarding the delivery or collection of the concert tickets will be provided to the winners once their eligibility has been verified and the Prize has been accepted.

Prize Claim Date

All Prizes must be claimed by 3:00pm AEDT on 13 November 2026.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the Prize will be forfeited and Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd may conduct a redraw to determine a replacement winner, subject to any applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

Further Details

4. Subject to relevant state authority approval where required, Rockman reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel, suspend or vary the Competition or the awarding of the Prizes where: (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) Rockman cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prizes for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

5. No responsibility will be accepted by Rockman for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by Rockman’s database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

6. Rockman accepts no responsibility for incorrect or outdated contact details or where an entrant cannot be contacted using the information supplied with their entry.

7. Rockman reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has breached these Terms and Conditions or who has engaged in unlawful, fraudulent or improper conduct designed to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.

8. A decision of Rockman in relation to the conduct of the Competition is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Entrants enter the Competition at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Rockman will not be liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the Competition or accepting or using a Prize.

10. By entering the Competition, Prize winners agree that Rockman may publish their name and use their image, photograph and/or audio-visual recording in connection with the Competition and its promotional activities, without additional compensation.

11. By entering the Competition, participants consent to receiving the Rockman newsletter at the email address submitted with their entry. Entrants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
