Promoter

The Promoter is Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 18 051 308 475) of 375 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164, Australia (“Promoter”).

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Victoria (VIC), and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) who are 18 years of age or older.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members (including spouses, de facto spouses, parents, children and siblings) are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on 17 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 16 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period:

  1. Purchase two (2) Prima Taste Complete Sauce packs (any flavour) in a single transaction from any retail store in Australia; and

  2. Visit https://rockman.com.au/promo and complete the online entry form, including uploading a clear photograph or scan of the purchase receipt.

Each valid receipt showing the purchase of two (2) or more Prima Taste Complete Sauce packs constitutes one (1) entry.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided that:

  • each entry is supported by a separate purchase transaction;

  • each entry is accompanied by a separate valid receipt; and

  • each receipt is used once only.

Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt. The Promoter reserves the right to request the original receipt for verification at any time. Failure to provide the original receipt upon request may result in disqualification.

The Promoter may reject any entry that is incomplete, illegible, altered, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid.

Prize Draw

One (1) winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received.

The draw will take place on 21 August 2026, Friday at the Promoter’s office located at: 375 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164

The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided in their entry within two (2) business days of the draw.

The winner’s first initial, last name and postcode may also be published on the Promotion website and the Promoter’s social media channels.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

There is one (1) major prize.

The prize consists of:

  • Two (2) return economy class airfares between an Australian capital city and Singapore for the winner and one (1) accompanying guest.

The total maximum prize value is AUD $4,000 (including applicable taxes).

Flights will be booked through the Promoter’s nominated travel agent, CBT Holidays, and are subject to airline availability.

Airlines may include Qantas or Singapore Airlines, or another airline selected by the Promoter where reasonably necessary.

Flight Conditions

Bookings must be confirmed no later than 31 December 2026.

Travel must commence between 1 October 2026 and 31 October 2027, and all travel must be completed by 31 October 2027.

The winner and accompanying guest must travel together on the same itinerary.

If the total airfare exceeds AUD $4,000 due to the winner’s selected travel dates or routing, the winner must pay the difference before tickets are issued.

If the total airfare is less than AUD $4,000, no cash refund, credit or additional benefit will be provided.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The prize does not include:

  • accommodation;

  • travel insurance;

  • passports;

  • visas;

  • airport transfers;

  • baggage fees;

  • meals;

  • spending money;

  • taxes or charges not included in the airfare;

  • or any other incidental expenses.

The winner and accompanying guest are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas (if required), travel documentation and satisfy all government entry requirements.

Flights remain subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.

Prize Claim

The winner must claim the prize by 5:00 pm AEST on 28 August 2026, Friday.

If the winner does not claim the prize by this date, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

Any redraw will occur at the same location on 31 August 2026, and the redraw winner will be notified by email.

Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

  • submits false or misleading information;

  • tampers with the entry process;

  • submits an invalid or duplicate receipt;

  • breaches these Terms and Conditions; or

  • engages in fraudulent or improper conduct.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to the above, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, internet failures or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.

If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promotion is unable to proceed as planned, including due to technical failure, pandemic, natural disaster, government restrictions or any other unforeseen event, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable regulatory approval) to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

Privacy

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing their personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying entries, contacting winners and fulfilling the prize.

If entrants separately choose to opt in, their personal information may also be used to send marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion, including the use of their name, suburb, photograph and/or recorded image by the Promoter for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General

All entries become the property of the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to any applicable laws or regulatory approvals.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
